TimeOut provides the tools that create overviews and insights for the project manager, department leaders, and individual employees. The report also offers an overview of entire departments or the whole organization, making the total capacity requirements visible to management.

MiljøWeb

The integration between TimeOut and MiljøWeb ensures that the hours registered in MiljøWeb are automatically transferred to TimeOut, so that employees have a complete overview of their day/week/month and all their hours. Employees do NOT have to enter them again; in other words, this avoids double work, manual tasks, and reduces errors.

In addition, management and employees have all their registrations gathered in one place: MiljøWeb tasks, environmental projects, internal tasks, etc.

Several organisations spend a significant amount of time and use other "systems" for planning and reporting (post-calculation). TimeOut offers an easy and simple planning and reporting solution all in one place.

TimeOut is a web system that allows for time registration anytime and anywhere.
TimeOut also has a mobile solution, which is standard in the TimeOut base module, providing additional flexibility for time registration.

The "issue" of having too many projects or too few employees in relation to budgets and goals is addressed with features for forecasting, allocation, and capacity overview. This means budget follow-up in relation to resources and capacity, as well as forecasting of tasks/hours per employee.

Shift schedule

TimeOut manages the scheduling of who is on shift when, as well as any absences, both planned (vacation, leave, care days, senior days, etc.) and unplanned absences (sickness, sick child, time off in lieu, leave, etc.).

External data

Data from, among others, DriftWeb and/or TopDesk, as well as the tasks performed through these systems, are sent to TimeOut, where employees' other time on projects, internal tasks, and absences are recorded.

Handling data

Processes related to approval, data refinement, or the documentation of, for example, billable services. TimeOut is flexible enough to handle all types of data.

Check in / Check out

For cleaning, the employee simply had to "check in" on their mobile device for the first task, which then displayed as PRESENT on an information screen. When the last task was completed, the employee was "checked out."

Since the processes related to PRISME are cumbersome and often change "hands," a lot of time is spent on duplicate work and re-entering data.

Overview

TimeOut provides an overview for the team leader and selected employees (if they are allowed to see it) across teams, as well as any absences that need to be managed, either by assigning a substitute, offering extra shifts, or providing information to the "client."
