GDPR & Privacy Policy

What is GDPR?

GDPR, or General Data Protection Regulation, came into effect in May 2018. Its purpose was to harmonize and strengthen the protection of personal data across EU member states. This regulation gives EU citizens increased control over their personal data. At the same time, it imposes on businesses and organizations the responsibility for secure and responsible data processing.

GDPR gives individuals more rights regarding their personal data. In addition to accessing their data, they also have the right to correct any inaccuracies in the information. Furthermore, they can request deletion of their data under certain circumstances. Additionally, individuals have the right to object to data processing in certain situations.

GDPR aims to create trust and security around the handling of personal data. Simultaneously, it aims to establish a more uniform and effective framework for protecting privacy in the digital age.
For businesses, this means carefully reviewing their data processing practices. They need to implement appropriate security measures and establish procedures to effectively handle any data breaches.

Collection and usage of personal data.

At Outzource, we collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including GDPR. When new users use our contact form, we only collect necessary information such as name and email address to facilitate communication. These data are handled confidentially and are not shared with third parties without consent. We only store this information in our email system for the time necessary to process the user's request. After 1 month, they are routinely deleted unless there is a legal or business reason to keep them longer.

Additionally, we collect data from Google Analytics and Google Search Console to analyze and enhance the user experience on our website. These data may include anonymous information about user behavior and search patterns. They are solely used to optimize the content and functionality of our website.

It is important to mention the collection of this information in our privacy policy. This ensures that we comply with GDPR's requirements for transparency and protection of personal data.
