TIMEOUT solution for the Renovation Industry

You might think there is a long way from the renovation industry to time registration, but this has proven not to be the case.
Over the past 2.5 years, we at Outzource have been on a journey with several renovation companies in Zealand. This has been about how we can convert emptying a waste container (trash bin) into pay.
Is it possible that in one and the same system (TimeOut) we can plan routes, manage capacity, collect time and emptyings and thus provide a salary base for the company that supports the 3F collective agreement and the local agreements.
It has been a steep learning curve to fully understand the agreement, but it works. We are now proud to support the entire process from planning, arrival/departure time, collecting data on discharges to the finished payroll file, formatted and ready for loading into the payroll system.
TimeOut has reduced the time the individual payroll manager spends on wages from around 3 days to around 3 hours. We still have further ambitions to bring it down even further.
This has not only eased the administrative burden, but also provided greater transparency and precision in the payroll process. By automating complex workflows, we have ensured that employees are properly remunerated for their efforts, while the companies achieve efficient operations.
With TimeOut, the company can react quickly to changes in operations – such as new routes, adaptation of working hours or changes in capacity requirements. All this without creating extra administrative work. The system is designed to be flexible and user-friendly, so that it can be adapted to the needs of the individual company.
